Our Mildew Stain Eraser safely removes your mold and mildew stains from grout, concrete, plastic, wood, drywall, fabric and water washable surfaces except caulk. It works on both indoor and outdoor mildew stains.

Start with one of our empty bottles and a 1 oz concentrate packet to make 16 oz of our Mildew Stain Eraser. Then just buy more packets when you need to refill the bottle. Our packet refill system means that there’s less packaging waste and less water being shipped to you.

Use: Spray, scrub with a sponge or brush, soak for up to 15 minutes, repeat scrubbing until clean, rinse.

Can I use GI's Mildew Stain Eraser on my home's exterior siding?

Mold and mildew growth on exterior siding can be a constant battle. Some homeowners even spray the whole house down with bleach a couple of times a year, yet the mold returns again, and again. Not to mention the damage that toxic bleach causes to plants, grass and water run off. You can use GI's Mildew Stain Eraser on exterior siding to see those stains disappear and customers notice that the mold and mildew doesn't grow back as quickly.

Can I use GI's Mildew Stain Eraser in our bathroom shower?

If a bathroom isn't well-vented, moisture can build up amaking it easier for mold to grow. Use our Mildew Stain Eraser to wash away mold and mildew, and then spray surfaces on a regular basis (about once a month) to stop it from returning.

Does GI's Mildew Stain Eraser work on stone walls?

Mold and mildew can find a home in porous limestone walls, especially near a pool or hot tub. If there is some build up already, you may consider multiple applications of our Mildew Stain Eraser to get started (for example 3 applications over a one week period). For longer lasting results, you may want to seal the stone with a penetrating sealer and then monthly spray downs with GI's Mildew Stain Eraser to maintain it.

Can GI's Mildew Stain Eraser help with flood damage?

After you get the water out after a basement or other type of flood, you may find the concrete block, wood cabinets, and drywall covered with mold. You can spray everything with our Mildew Stain Eraser, brush it in, let set for about 15 minutes, brush it again, and then rinse with fresh water. Even the drywall will be clean.

Will GI's Mildew Stain Eraser clean my blackened concrete patio?

Spray our Mildew Stain Eraser all over the surface. For heavy or tough stains, brush it in and let set for about 15 minutes, then rinse with water. Since it's non-toxic, the water run off won't damage nearby grass or plants. After it's clean, you may want to consider a sealer to make the concrete less porous and then just spray with GI's Mildew Stain Eraser periodically to maintain clean.
